I found something I love — what's the easiest way to order?
Just add it to your cart and check out — that’s really it. If you want a more hands-on experience, our Build Your Own Hamper lets you mix products, pick a box size, and write a note all in one go. Is there a way to make this feel more personal — like it's actually from me?
Every order can include a handwritten message on a notecard of your choice — just type it in at checkout when prompted. Your words, our handwriting, tucked right inside the box. Forgot to add it? Drop us a message within a couple of hours of ordering and we’ll do our best to include it before it ships.
I changed my mind — can I still cancel or update the order?
It depends on the type of order:
- Non-personalised orders — yes, within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn’t been dispatched yet.
- Personalised orders — these go into production the moment they’re confirmed, so we’re not able to make changes once you’ve ordered.
If you’re unsure, message us straight away and we’ll check where things stand.
BUILD YOUR OWN HAMPER
How does Build Your Own actually work — is it complicated?
Not at all. Three steps:
- Choose a box size based on how many products you’d like inside.
- Pick a card and type your message.
- Select your products.
That’s it. The result looks like you spent hours curating it — even if it took ten minutes.
How do I know which box size to go with?
A simple rule of thumb:
- Regular (10×8.5×4 in) — great for 4–5 products
- Medium (12×10×4 in) — fits 6–7 products comfortably
- Large (14×11.5×4 in) — ideal for 7–8 products
Each box is sized to give your products breathing room and make unboxing feel like an occasion.
Can I buy just the box — without filling it with anything?
Not right now — the box and card are only available as part of a full hamper. It’s partly about the experience: every box that leaves us is something we’d be happy to receive ourselves, and that takes products inside it.
SHIPPING & TRACKING
I need this by a specific date — am I cutting it too close?
Here’s what to expect from the moment you order:
- Processing: 1–2 working days before dispatch
- Standard shipping: 4–7 working days after dispatch
- Express shipping: 2–4 working days after dispatch
Add a couple of extra days during festive seasons. If you have a hard deadline — a birthday, an event — mention it in your order notes or write to us and we’ll do what we can to prioritise. Note: orders aren’t dispatched on weekends or public holidays.
Do you deliver everywhere in India?
Yes — pan-India, including Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities. Shipping is free on orders above ₹999. For multi-location deliveries (typically corporate orders), reach out to us directly and we’ll take care of the logistics end-to-end.
My order's been placed — how do I follow it?
Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking link over email or SMS. You can also use the Track Order page on our website anytime. If your tracking link isn’t updating or something looks off, just reach out — we’ll look into it.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
My order arrived damaged — what do I do right now?
First — we’re sorry. That’s not the experience we want you to have. Email us at utsavyagifting@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video or clear photos of the damaged item. We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method within 7–10 working days. No back-and-forth, no fuss.
What if it's not damaged — I just don't want it anymore?
We’re not able to accept returns for orders that arrive in perfect condition. If you’re unsure about a product before ordering, please reach out — we’d much rather help you choose well the first time than process a return after.
The delivery failed and the package came back to you — do I still get a refund?
Yes, partially. If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, three missed attempts, or a refused package, we’ll refund your order after deducting shipping charges, return-to-origin fees, and a 5% restocking fee. The best way to avoid this: double-check your address at checkout and make sure someone’s available to receive it.

We're a small team — is there a high minimum quantity?
Our bulk gifting starts at just 5 units — so whether you’re welcoming a small cohort of new hires or gifting a tight-knit client list, we’ve got you covered. No enterprise-scale commitment required.
What kinds of gifting moments do you handle for companies?
Pretty much all of them:

Can the box actually look like it's from our brand — not yours?
Yes, fully. Branded boxes, custom notecards, logo stickers, ribbon colours — we work from your brand guidelines and make sure every detail reflects your company, not ours. Write to us at utsavyagifting@gmail.com to discuss options and minimum quantities.
Our team is spread across the country — can you deliver to each person individually?
Absolutely. Share your address list — an Excel sheet works perfectly — and we handle individual doorstep delivery to each recipient across India. You won’t need to touch a single shipment.
We need this in two weeks — is that realistic?
For most standard orders (up to ~50 units), 5–7 working days from confirmation is realistic. Larger or fully customised orders typically need 10–14 working days. Tell us your deadline upfront and we’ll be straight with you about what’s possible — and work hard to get there.
Can we see and touch the actual product before we commit to a big order?
Yes, and we encourage it — especially for larger or branded orders. Sample kits are available on a chargeable basis and can be dispatched within 2–3 working days. It’s the best way to be completely confident before going ahead.
