Utsavya Gifting facilitates exchange requests exclusively in cases where a product has been delivered in a damaged condition or where an incorrect item has been sent.

Exchange Window:

Requests must be raised within 7 days of the delivery date.

How to Request:

Please share an unboxing video clearly depicting the damage or incorrect item(s) by writing to us at utsavyagifting@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Requests submitted beyond this window may not be considered.
