Order Processing Timeframe

• All orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 1–2 working days of confirmation.

• During peak seasons or in the event of unexpected circumstances, processing time may extend by an additional 2–3 working days. Utsavya Gifting will keep you informed should such a situation arise.

Estimated Delivery Timelines (from dispatch date)

• Express Delivery: 2–4 working days — available exclusively for metro and Tier 1 cities.

• Standard Delivery across India: 4–7 working days, depending on your location.

Liability for Logistics Delays

Utsavya Gifting is not accountable for delays arising out of logistics-related issues — including but not limited to carrier setbacks, customs processes, or other circumstances beyond our operational control. As such, refunds are not applicable for delivery delays caused solely by third-party logistics factors. For further details, kindly refer to our Refund Policy.

Order Tracking & Shipment Confirmation

Once your order has been dispatched, a Shipment Confirmation will be sent to your registered email ID along with your tracking number(s). Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to become active.

 

Cancellation Policy – Utsavya

Personalised Orders

Orders that involve any form of customisation are final upon placement and cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

Non-Personalised Orders

Cancellation requests for non-personalised items are accepted within 24 hours of placing the order, strictly provided the order has not yet been dispatched.
